Use of our trademarks, including BizFi.io, Ampli-fi.io, and Quali-fi.io, is not permitted.

You may not send unsolicited messages to any domain associated with the Services. Do not send confidential or proprietary information unless explicitly requested by us. Any information or ideas submitted through the Services shall become our property, and we may use them without obligation or compensation to you.

If access to any part of the Services requires a username or password (“Access Code”), you agree to keep such information confidential and not share it with any third party. Access is restricted to authorized users for lawful business purposes. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access.

Jurisdiction
All disputes arising under this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York and resolved in the courts located in Westchester County, New York.

Construction
If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Any unenforceable provision shall be modified to most closely reflect the original intent of the Agreement.
